It plans to build an annual output of 150,000 tons of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), 3 10,000 tons of gamma-butyrolactone (GBL) and 20,000 tons of 2P (α-pyrrolidone, hereafter collectively referred to as α-P) expansion projects.

Construction scale and content: The project plans to build 2 production workshops, 1 filling workshop, and 1 standard factory building, with a total construction area of approximately 19,000 square meters; 3 storage tank areas for raw materials and finished products, with a total construction area of approximately 9,000 square meters; and a boiler room. , power transformation and distribution room, generator room, refrigeration machine room, sewage treatment station, fire emergency facilities and other related supporting projects, with a total construction area of approximately 5,500 square meters.
Among them, the 106 open reaction tower, 106-1 workshop storage tank group area, 106-2 hydrogen compressor area, 106-3 NMP synthesis reactor, etc. are the main construction bodies to build an NMP synthesis production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons and an NMP recovery of 50,000 tons. Refining production line; with the 109 open reaction tower, 109-1 workshop storage tank group area, 109-2 hydrogen compressor area, 109-3 α-P synthesis reactor, etc. as the main construction parts, a 20,000-ton α-P production line with an annual output will be built. A 50,000-ton NMP recycling and refining production line and a 50,000-ton GBL production line, of which 20,000 tons of GBL production capacity are used in conjunction with an annual 20,000-ton α-P production line, and the remaining 30,000 tons of GBL production capacity is planned to be sold as products. In order to support the operation of the above production lines, it is planned to purchase two 25t/h gas-fired thermal oil boilers and one incinerator, and use the existing 5t/h biomass-fired thermal oil boiler as a backup. Purchase of 2 dehydrogenation reactors, 1 NMP synthesis reactor, 1 α-P synthesis reactor, 6 hydrogen compressors, distillation towers, high-pressure gas-liquid separators, metering pumps, diesel generator sets, transformers, etc. Production equipment.
After the project is completed and reaches production capacity, it will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of NMP synthesis, 100,000 tons of NMP recycling and refining, 30,000 tons of GBL and 20,000 tons of α-P.
