How to use gun and tube foam glue

Foam glue： is a kind of glue with foaming and bonding properties. It is mainly used for the edges of building doors and windows. Filling, sealing and bonding of joints, component expansion joints and holes. It is divided into two types: gun type and tube type.

How to use gun foam glue and steps:

①Take the foaming gun and clean it with polyurethane cleaning agent to ensure smooth flow;

② Take the foam glue again, hold the middle of the can body firmly with your hands, and shake it forcefully along the transverse direction of the can body for at least 15-30 Make sure the prepolymer in the tank is fully mixed;

③Remove the gun type Place the protective leather cover of the valve on the foam rubber threaded ring, remove the cleaning agent from the foaming gun, and install the foaming agent tank onto the interface of the foaming gun along the threads;

④Hold the handle of the foaming gun, make sure the material tank is placed above, and the foaming gun is below the material tank. Open the foaming gun. The flow regulating valve at the rear;

⑤ Aim the gun head at the bottom or inside of the part to be filled , pull the trigger gently,begins construction. The appropriate flow rate can be adjusted through the flow adjustment valve behind the foaming gun;

⑥After a can is sprayed, if you still need to fill it, you can immediately remove the empty can, refill the foaming agent according to point ③, and continue construction;

⑦ After the construction is completed, remove the material tank in time and replace it with a special cleaning agent to clean the foaming gun to prevent the residual material from solidifying and clogging the foaming gun.

tube style How to use foam glue:

1, the same as the second step of the spear style;

2, then take the disposable hose and screw it clockwise;

3. Make sure the material tank is placed above and the foaming gun is below the material tank. Aim at the bottom or inside of the part to be filled and gently pull the button. Trigger, start construction;

4, spray From bottom to top, spray the amount to 80% of the required filling volume (the filling volume of the tubular type is >2/3).
