1. Product introduction
This product can be used in daily low temperatures of -5℃, -10℃, -15℃ Concrete projects constructed under environmental conditions or mortar projects constructed under negative temperatures, as well as highways, bridges, water conservancy, civil construction, and indoor concrete and mortar.
2. Product features:
This product has anti-freeze, enhanced, water-reducing, low-alkali, It is chlorine-free and easy to use.
3. Dosage and usage:
1. JH-I type concrete within a certain range The optimal dosage of antifreeze enhancer is adjusted according to temperature changes. Taking into account the air height and the economy of use, a dosage of 3-5% is appropriate. The optimal dosage can also be adjusted based on the trial mix.
2. Before preparing concrete and mortar at a lower temperature, rinse the mixer with hot water or steam. First add sand, gravel and hot water and stir for 1 minute, then add cement and antifreeze and stir for 3 minutes. The temperature of the mixing water should be adjusted according to the time to ensure that the temperature of the concrete entering the mold is ≥10°C. After pouring the concrete, it should be covered with heat preservation in time.
3. Minimize water consumption while ensuring normal construction workability; because the amount of free water in concrete increases, the frost resistance performance decreases significantly. The concrete mixture mixed with antifreeze has the characteristics of dry but not hard. Pay attention to control the slump of the newly poured concrete not to be too large.
4. Sand and stones should be covered with canvas or plastic sheeting to prevent the sand and stones from freezing. The cement must not be heated directly and should be transported to a greenhouse for storage one day before use to keep it at a positive temperature.
5. Before pouring concrete, the ice, snow and dirt on the formwork and steel bars should be removed. However, steam must not be used to melt ice and snow directly to avoid freezing again. Timely remove the concrete residue adhering to the container and remove the ice, snow and frozen blocks in time. The container must be tightly covered after use to keep it warm. The exposed surface of newly poured concrete should be covered with plastic film and insulation materials in time, and cured under negative temperature conditions. The concrete should not be watered. Work continuously according to the principle of pouring, vibrating and covering.
6. The cement should be Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement with a strength grade of 32.5 or above. The sand and stones must be clean and must not contain ice, snow and other frozen materials, as well as substances and oils that are easy to freeze and crack.
7. If this agent becomes damp and clumps, it should be discarded and not used.
4. Packaging and storage:
1. Packaging is in woven bags lined with plastic bags , net weight per bag is 50kg, liquid per barrel is 230±2kg.
2. Pay attention to moisture-proof and damage-proof. The product should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture and caking. The storage period is two years.
