Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks

Advantages: Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks have light weight, strong durability, heat insulation, heat preservation, fire prevention, energy saving and waste utilization, good anti-permeability, and excellent sound insulation performance. Excellent; strong construction adaptability, can be nailed, sawed, planed, and can be constructed using dry methods. It can effectively reduce the weight of the building, improve the seismic performance, and increase the utilization coefficient of the building plane. It is suitable for various construction, decoration, municipal and other projects, and is the most ideal substitute for traditional clay bricks. Compared with traditional clay bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can save land resources, improve the thermal insulation effect of building walls, and improve the energy-saving effect of buildings.

Disadvantages: At present, the most common problems in the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are: cracking of mortar joints, cracking of the plaster layer, hollowing, and seepage. Leakage, reduced sound insulation effect, etc.

Strength: The compressive strength of grade 06 autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is 3.5MPa, and that of grade 07 is 5.0MPa. The overall strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is high, and each block is generally equivalent to 10 clay bricks. Therefore, the strength utilization rate of the masonry is high, and the strength utilization coefficient is .7~0.8.

Cure time: Autoclaved curing of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks is a necessary condition for obtaining strength and other properties. It is not only related to the performance of the product, but also to to the level of production efficiency and energy consumption. The optimal maintenance system not only provides adequate and reasonable maintenance to the green body, allowing the product to reach the design strength in a short period of time, but also minimizes possible damage to the green body and product. Because products such as tobermullite are only generated in large quantities above 174.5°C, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks can only have good comprehensive physical properties at this temperature and pressure level and maintained for a certain period of time. Depending on whether there is a vacuum or not, the curing time of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks generally takes 6h~12h.

Shrinkage rate: The maximum drying shrinkage value of aerated concrete blocks is 0.5mm/m (temperature 20℃, relative humidity 43±2%). Due to the The tensile strength of the blocks is low. Even if the drying shrinkage value reaches 0.6mm/m, shrinkage cracks will occur if used improperly. It must be pointed out that the above drying shrinkage value of 0.5mm/m refers to the self-saturated water of the specimen (W>60% ) state, the shrinkage value when dried to equilibrium moisture content (W≈5%) (15% for lime and sand products, 20% for lime and fly ash products).

Moisture content: The moisture content of aerated concrete blocks out of the kettle is about 40%. After being used in construction, the moisture content gradually decreases, and its equilibrium moisture content is 4-6 %, as the moisture content decreases, the strength and thermal insulation properties gradually increase.

Special plastering mortar for aerated concrete

This special plastering mortar for aerated concrete is a special plastering material specially developed for the characteristics of various high water absorption wall materials such as large water absorption and large deformation. It is suitable for various bulk density and various materials. It is suitable for plastering the interior and exterior walls of aerated concrete blocks, battens and roof panels. It is also suitable for plastering the interior and exterior walls of various partition boards, building blocks and cast-in-place concrete. This product is formulated with cement, mineral fillers, water retaining agents, adhesives, anti-cracking agents, etc. When using this product, the base material does not need to be painted with any interface agent, and does not require reinforcement treatments such as hanging nets. This plastering mortar has the characteristics of good workability, high bonding strength, water resistance, good freeze-thaw resistance, and the plaster layer will not hollow or crack.
