Lightweight gypsum mortar is widely used in engineering projects, such as engineering tile adhesive, exterior wall insulation bonding mortar, plastering mortar, cement self-leveling mortar leveling, polymer exterior wall waterproof mortar, wall decoration mortar, etc.
Lightweight gypsum mortar is made of water glass as the binding agent, quartz powder as the acid-resistant powder, sodium fluorosilicate as the curing agent, and acid-resistant aggregates in a certain proportion. Suitable for general acid-resistant workshop floors. It is made by adding sulfur as a cementing material, acid-resistant powder and aggregate, and boiling for a certain period of time.
If tile adhesive is used in this project, bonding mortar and plastering mortar are used for exterior wall insulation, and gravity cement is used for floor leveling. Plastering mortar, polymer waterproof mortar, and decorative mortar for wall decoration are all lightweight gypsum mortars.
Lightweight gypsum mortar is made of cement, lime, gypsum, expanded perlite sand or expanded perlite sand as aggregates and adding water. The utility model is light in size and has good thermal insulation and sound-absorbing effects. It is suitable for roof insulation, indoor walls, pipe plastering, mortar insulation systems, high-strength base layers with high bonding strength, etc. Not prone to cracks and holes. Compared with all domestic insulation materials, it has certain technical advantages. The construction is simple and the total cost is low. Insulation systems made of mortar materials can be applied directly to blank walls.
The formula of lightweight gypsum mortar has high requirements, the price of admixtures is high, and the measurement accuracy error is required to be within 0.5%. Special mortar contains fragile particles and has special requirements for equipment feeding, transportation, and packaging. The formula of lightweight gypsum mortar requires different raw materials and main mix ratios.
