The first point: Be sure to choose a qualified pump lubricant produced by a large factory. The molecular weight must reach more than 25 million. Many low-priced pump lubricants on the market now have a molecular weight of only about 5 to 8 million. The lower the molecular weight of the lubricant, the worse the lubrication effect. On the contrary, the higher the molecular weight of the lubricant, the better the lubrication effect. Especially for pumping equipment such as ground pumps, the pipes are much longer than those of sky pumps. If the lubricating agent with poor lubrication effect is difficult to fully lubricate the pump pipes, the water content of the concrete will quickly disappear during the pumping process of concrete. It will be sucked dry by the pipe, the water-cement ratio of the concrete will drop very quickly, the fluidity will become worse, and the chance of pipe blockage will greatly increase.

The second point: The laying of pipes is very particular. Do not use changes greater than 90 degrees at turns. We can imagine that when you are running, you accelerate with all your strength in the straight line. If you are suddenly asked to turn a 90-degree straight bend, you will have to slow down to make it smoothly. However, during the actual pumping process, the concrete cannot slow down in advance like a person. It will accumulate at the pipe and increase the size of the curve. Resistance can easily cause pipe blockage.

The third point: The pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned every time after pumping concrete. It is best to use a sponge ball to take out the remaining stones in the pipeline. The bay pipe among horizontal pipes and vertical pipes is the easiest to clean. The more stones remain, the greater the chance of pipe blockage.
