Product Description
Easaqua™ L 600 is a low viscosity water dispersible aliphatic polyisocyanate crosslinker.
Advantages of Easaqua™ L 600 products:
Optimum balance of low viscosity, high NCO content and emulsifying properties
Excellent moisture resistance
Improves adhesion on various substrates
Recommended use
Curing agent for high-performance, weather-resistant waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings, recommended for the following high-performance coating applications
Plastic coating: can improve adhesion and heat and humidity resistance
Metallic coatings: high gloss and excellent chemical resistance (such as: rail vehicles, agricultural machinery, military industry, aerospace industry, automotive refinish paint)
Floor coatings: excellent chemical resistance and heat and humidity resistance
Wood Coatings: High Gloss and Abrasion Resistance
Easaqua™ L 600 can be used as a curing agent for two-component adhesives to improve bond strength

Solubility
Easaqua™ L 600 can be diluted with organic solvents so that it can be incorporated into lower viscosity formulations to improve the optical properties of the paint film.
Soluble in esters, ketones, ether esters and aromatic solvents. This product reacts with solvents containing hydroxyl functional groups such as alcohols, glycol ethers and water (prevent improper use). “Urethane grade” solvents (less than 300ppm water content) are recommended for dilution.
Apply
1. Easaqua™ L600 is usually used as a crosslinking agent for hydroxyl waterborne polymers, especially for polyacrylic acid, polyester or urethane-acrylic hybrid resins and polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) in different physical forms (solution, emulsion or dispersion) ) water-based two-component polyurethane coatings.
2. Easaqua™ L 600 can be used directly (without any solvent), or diluted with organic solvents (see solubility). Easaqua™ L 600 has excellent compatibility with other EASAQUA™ and TOLONATE™ polyisocyanates (except blocked products)
