Recommended Application
Modaflow 2100 leveling agent is an acrylic copolymer synthesized through a special process. Its surface tension is much lower than that of the resin, and the flow effect is achieved by uniformly distributing the resin film. Since it does not contain silicone ingredients, it will not affect recoating.
   Modaflow 2100 can be widely used in various types of solvent-based coating systems, such as UPE, PU wood coatings, baking varnishes, industrial coatings, steel coils, aluminum, inks, etc.

Processing
The dosage of Modaflow 2100 leveling agent is generally 0.1-2.0% of the total resin solids (TRS), and it can be added at any stage to ensure sufficient dispersion of shear force. Modflow 2100 can also be added after dilution with common solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, or glycol ether esters. After adding Modaflow 2100 to the paint, its effect will be displayed soon, and the effect will not decrease with the prolongation of storage time.

Storage
Below 25℃, the storage period of Modaflow 2100 in the original barrel is at least 12 months.
