Concrete Siliceous Densifier “Limits of Ammonia Release in Concrete Admixtures” JC 474-2008 “Mortar, Concrete Waterproofing Agent” Concrete Siliceous Densifier (hereinafter referred to as density agent) – concrete shrinkage-reducing and crack-resistant waterproofing density agent, A new green additive with low alkali, low dosage and high performance, which is composed of organic silicone hydrophobic agent and osmotic crystallization shrinkage-reducing surfactant. This product is mixed into ordinary concrete in an appropriate amount. After mixing with water, it generates hydrophobic gels and crystals, which fill the capillary pores of concrete, block water seepage channels, improve the density of concrete, and prevent or reduce shrinkage and cracking of concrete. This improves the anti-seepage capability of the concrete structure. The concrete siliceous density agent makes the concrete slightly expand and dense, and has the functions of moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-seepage and anti-cracking. The anti-permeability grade of concrete mixed with this product can reach P20, and the frost resistance of concrete mixed with this product can reach 300 times. This product is suitable for concrete grades C20~C60. The concrete siliceous compacting agent uses sulfoaluminate minerals as the expansion dense and amorphous SiO2 components. The generated cement products are mainly Afm and Aft, supplemented by water reduction and micro-air entrainment to homogenize the internal structure of the concrete. It can be adapted to the construction of concrete moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-seepage projects for ultra-long structures of more than 150m without leaving any expansion joints. At the same time, it has unique anti-freeze properties for concrete projects in cold areas that require resistance to freeze-thaw cycles.
