This product is used to replace mortar for lubricating pumps, making pumping construction more energy-saving and economical. This product is packaged in sealed packaging, 300g per bag. For the past few decades, the ready-mix concrete industry across the country has been using water and mortar to moisten pipes, which is costly and wastes materials and vehicles. The developed lubricant can reduce costs, achieve good results, save water, vehicles and energy, and has good prospects for promotion.
Ready-mixed concrete has been promoted in my country for more than 40 years. For decades, pumps have been moistened and lubricated with water and mortar before working. On the basis of moistening the pump and pump pipe, lubricate the inner wall of the pump pipe to reduce the friction resistance of the pipe when pumping concrete and ensure smooth pumping.
The water and mortar required for traditional pipe moistening methods must be transported to the construction site by vehicle. In this way, every time the pump truck arrives at a new construction site, the mixing station must send a concrete transport truck. Delivering water and mortar to the project resulted in a large waste of transport vehicles. Generally, each pump truck needs to be replaced at 4 to 5 construction sites a day, and the supporting water and mortar transport trucks require 8 trips. This not only reduces the utilization rate of concrete transport trucks, but this part of the transportation also consumes a certain amount of diesel.
In order to save vehicles for transporting mortar, some concrete companies also use the method of “carrying” the mortar on the upper part of the concrete truck after loading the concrete. This method saves a car, but often comes with some negative consequences. Because, in order to prevent the mixing of mortar and concrete, the concrete transport truck with “backed” mortar cannot rotate during the driving process. The bumps along the way will cause concrete delamination, that is, the stones will sink and the mortar and cement slurry will float. If this kind of concrete is transported to the construction site and fed into the project without adequate mixing and pumping, it will cause delamination of the concrete structure of the shear walls and columns. There will be few or even no stones in the upper part of the structure. In severe cases, it will have to be dismantled and reworked.
In summary, the traditional pipe lubrication method does have certain shortcomings. It not only wastes water, vehicles and oil, but also causes quality problems. To this end, we set out to develop concrete pump lubricating agents.
