1. Product introduction
JH-WJB waterproofing agent is made of a variety of inorganic compounds through polymerization and then processed through certain processes. It has the functions of anti-seepage, anti-freeze, pressure resistance, reinforcement, strong anti-aging performance, cold construction, safe and easy operation, etc.
The waterproofing mechanism of this product is that the waterproofing agent is mixed into cement mortar or concrete, that is, it chemically reacts with the calcium hydroxide generated during the hydration process of dicalcium silicate and tricalcium silicate in the cement, and then It generates water-insoluble colloidal substances such as aluminum hydroxide, and also interacts with the hydrated calcium aluminate in the cement to form double-salt calcium sulfate-calcium crystals with certain expandability. These colloidal substances and crystals fill the capillary pores or pores within cement mortar or concrete, thereby improving their compactness and waterproofing and impermeability. In addition, since there is a large amount of aluminum in the waterproofing agent, it not only helps to improve the compactness of cement mortar or concrete, but also reduces the bleeding of the mortar and increases the waterproof and anti-seepage function. Observed from the molecular structure of aluminum, it is a sheet metal material. During use, the coating floats on the surface when it forms a film, reflecting sunlight, protecting the internal waterproof layer, extending the service life of the waterproof layer, and thus improving the durability. Atmospheric erosion function.
2. Scope of application
This product is suitable for the interior and surface of reinforced concrete, prepared waterproof mortar and masonry structures, roofs, toilets and bathrooms, building slab joints, basements, and granary walls Surfaces, civil air defense projects, tunnels, sewers, water towers, bridges, reservoirs, oil storage tanks, dam grouting, sewer facilities and wall surface moisture-proofing and other new and old waterproofing projects.
3. How to use
●Lay concrete, fine stone concrete or waterproof mortar layer:
(1) Make a waterproof mortar layer and add 5% waterproofing agent (according to cement (by weight) in water and mix thoroughly, then add to the ingredients and stir.
(2) When laying concrete, fine stone concrete or waterproof mortar, it must be vibrated and compacted tightly.
(3) After the base concrete is initially set, first make a 20-30mm thick waterproof mortar layer, and then apply waterproof slurry after the initial set. The application must be even and transparent.
●Make a waterproof layer on the surface of monolithic rigid concrete
(1) After the concrete hardens, wash away the floating objects on the surface, and then apply a degree of cement slurry (aims to enhance inter-layer bonding) force) and then apply a waterproof layer.
(2) When the thickness of the waterproof layer is greater than 20mm, it must be spread in layers.
(3) The waterproof layer that has been completed must be covered with a film or straw mat (straw bag) or painted with curing solution in time to avoid sunlight exposure. After the waterproof layer is completed, the interval between watering must be based on the surface of the layer. If it is not dehydrated, the curing period is 7 days. After 14 days of curing, check whether there are any fine lines. If any are found, they need to be painted with waterproof slurry in time, and then continue to be covered with water and cured for 7 days.
●It is advisable to set expansion joints within 40m. Generally, they should be located at the seams of the boards on the supporting beams, supporting interior walls or roof beams. The seams should be filled with tough waterproof materials.
●For waterproofing with perlite or benzene plate insulation layer, 5% waterproofing agent should be mixed into the leveling layer to make a 20-30mm thick photometric waterproofing layer; then a leveling layer on top of the perlite layer Mix 7% waterproofing agent into it to make a 20-30mm secondary waterproofing layer.
●When repairing old leaks, the base layer must be cleaned (especially the old base layer using rolled materials), and then a new waterproof layer can be constructed.
IV. Precautions
(1) When making a waterproof layer or brushing a plain slurry layer, the base layer must be kept clean and moist, and continuous construction is required. Try not to leave construction joints and smooth them in time. Compaction. In case there are construction joints, the joints should be fully painted with clean slurry before construction continues.
(2) During the construction process, if extreme fine lines appear on the surface due to delayed vibrating and pressing or poor maintenance, etc., the surface should be repeatedly painted vertically and horizontally with clean slurry in a timely manner.
(3) The temperature for making waterproof layer is generally 0-35℃. Construction under strong sunlight should be avoided.
5. Packaging and storage:
This product is liquid, 25 kg per barrel or 250 kg in large barrel. If there is a small amount of precipitation, it is normal. It will not affect the quality after stirring and dissolving during use. </p
