Product Introduction
PCDL is a polycarbonate diol ring-opened with polyol, which is professionally used in high-grade polyurethane industry.
Compared with general polyester and polyether diols, PCDL exhibits excellent mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance and solvent resistance. Widely used in synthetic leather, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), elastic fibers, adhesives, coatings, etc. If it is particularly necessary to improve durability, PCDL will be the best choice.
Polyurethane products made of PCDL have higher breaking strength than those made of polytetrahydrofuran ether, hexanediol adipate and polycaprolactone polyols. The solvent performance is better than other polyols, but the elongation at break is lower.
