1. New standard pour point index: the pour point of all grades No. 10 and above is revised from no higher than -9 to no higher than -6, and note b ( can be negotiated with the user).

2. New standard flash point index: No. 3 crude white oil flash point is revised from no less than 38 to no less than 65; No. 5 crude white oil flash point index is revised from no less than 70 to no less than 65. Lower than 110; the flash point indicator of No. 7 crude white oil was revised from no less than 80 to no less than 120; the flash point of No. 5 and No. 7 crude white oil was changed from closed flash point to open flash point.

3. New standard color index: Cancel note b (can be negotiated with the user).

4. New standard sulfur content indicators: No. 3 and No. 5 indicators are revised from no more than 50mg/kg to no more than 10mg/kg, No. 15 and above indicators are revised from no more than 100mg/kg to no more than 100mg/kg. Greater than 50mg/kg.

5. New standard aromatic hydrocarbon content index: The aromatic hydrocarbon content index has been revised to no more than 10%, and the test method NB/SH/T0966 “Determination of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Content in White Oil by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry” has been added.

6. New standard nitrogen content index: revised from no more than 500mg/kg to no more than 100mg/kg. The test method for grades 68 and below adopts SH/T0657 “Determination of Trace Nitrogen in Liquid Petroleum Hydrocarbons” Oxidative Combustion and Chemiluminescence Method》
