1. Strictly control the temperature of the construction environment.
The optimal temperature for polyurethane foaming reaction is20-25℃ , if it is impossible to change the ambient temperature, please tell us your ambient temperature in time.
2. Strictly control the proportion of black and white materials. The ratio of ordinary ingredients is 1:1.
3. The black and white materials in the polyurethane insulation material are mixed as evenly as possible.
It is recommended to use a speed greater than during the mixing process 1200 rpmThe motor and spraying machine reach a certain pressure(manual stirring causes mixing Uneven, resulting in large bubble voids, crisp foam, and low dispensing rate).
4. Temperature resistance.
Products made of ordinary polyurethane materials are heat-resistant70℃, products made of high-temperature polyurethane materials can withstand temperatures up to 160℃.
5.Fire performance.
Flame retardant means self-extinguishing when removed from fire, not non-combustible. The oxygen index of B2-level flame-retardant polyurethane foam reaches 26, and the oxygen index of B1-level flame-retardant polyurethane foam reaches 32.
6. Response performance.
The reaction performance indicated on the analysis report sheet we provide is under the specified conditions(such as temperature, stirring speed, mixing time, material ratio), if during the 6-month shelf life, the foaming speed is too fast due to changes in factors such as temperature rise and fall. Or too slow to be constructed, it is not a quality problem.
7. Polyurethane insulation material deteriorates.
The apparent phenomenon of deterioration of combined polyether is:①The color becomes darker. ②The viscosity increases. ③It has a strong smell and can smell sour. ④The reaction performance is significantly reduced; if it starts slowly, it will not be fixed for a long time. ⑤The middle part of the foam appears red. The combined polyethers offered by us are guaranteed to have a shelf life of six months.
