The Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the State Administration for Market Regulation will continue to promote the construction of the voluntary emission reduction trading market, build a basic institutional framework, clarify specific areas of market support, approve a number of approval and verification agencies, and apply for project and emission reduction registration for project owners.
