Introduction

UC-4500 is a highly transparent self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion prepared by the latest synthesis technology It is a self-crosslinking acrylate dispersion formed by polymerizing acrylate and methacrylate and bifunctional crosslinking agents ADH and ADDM monomers through core-shell polymerization. The core-shell structure is perfect, and the surface of the paint film is smooth and delicate, which greatly improves the anti-sticking, hardness and durability of the product. It has excellent water resistance, weather resistance and gloss retention. It can be used as one-component self-crosslinking, and can be used as two-component crosslinking with diisocyanate, and it can also be used in plastic paint with epoxy curing agent. The paint film exhibits high hardness and is suitable for coating wood products such as solid wood, pine, oak, and high-density boards. The paint film exhibits high hardness.

It is recommended to place it in a dry indoor area at 5℃-30℃, avoiding contact with water vapor. Avoid sun exposure. Under specified storage conditions, the expected shelf life of this product is 6 months based on previous quality control dates and certificates of analysis. If you need to continue to use it beyond the 6-month warranty period, please use it after measuring the product performance before use.
