The non-ionic polyurethane aliphatic UV emulsion is prepared by polymerizing polyester polyol with IPDI and HMDI, which has the advantage of anti-aging and gives the coating film better toughness. And the hydrophilic monomer is grafted into the prepolymer by chemical method, which has good water dispersibility, can be used for water-based wood coatings or plastic substrates, can be cured by UV-LED light source (395 nm), and has Good hardness and gloss. The solid content is 40%. It must be dehydrated and dried before photocuring.
