Key points for special masonry mortar construction

(1) The floating dust on the surface should be cleared before masonry construction.

(2) This product is used in conjunction with medium sand. The masterbatch: medium sand is 1:3~3.5 (weight ratio). After mixing evenly, add about 60~70% of the weight of the masonry mortar masterbatch. water, mechanical stirring for more than 3 minutes, and the mortar consistency should be controlled at 80~100mm.

(3) This product can be applied to dry construction, and the blocks do not need to be sprinkled before masonry.

(4) The length of grouting should be the length of one block. The grouting should be even and smooth, and can be placed as it is laid. The blocks should be aligned at one time. The masonry blocks that have been laid should not be moved or bumped. If correction is required, the masonry should be re-paved.

(5) The mortar joints in masonry should be as full as 80%, and the fullness should not be less than that of the joints in time after the masonry is completed. The mortar joints in masonry should be controlled at about 10mm.

(6) The mixed mortar should be used within 4 hours, and the dried mortar should be discarded;

(7) This product must not be mixed with other materials.
