NACURE 4054J is a hydrophobic alkyl acid phosphate catalyst supplied at 50% active in isobutanol. It is a weak acid catalyst recommended for use with high -NH/polymeric melamines and phenolic crosslinkers.

TYPICAL USAGE LEVELS:

0.5 – 3.0% as supplied on total resin solids.

May be added to the coating with agitation as supplied or pre-diluted with alcohol.

SHELF LIFE:

24 months from the date of manufacture, when stored at ambient conditions in the original container.

HANDLING & STORAGE:

NACURE 4054J is classified as a flammable and corrosive liquid. Safe handling of this product should include the use of safety glasses and gloves. Avoid breathing vapors – use with adequate ventilation. Product should be stored in lined or glass containers away from sunlight and excessive heat. Refer to MSDS for detailed information.
