1. Product introduction
Underwater concrete anti-dispersion agent is a powdered concrete admixture composed of water-soluble polymers, surface-active substances, etc., and has strong anti-dispersion properties. It has good fluidity, realizes self-leveling and self-compacting of underwater concrete, inhibits the dispersion of cement and aggregate during underwater construction, and does not pollute the construction water area. When underwater concrete is added with underwater non-dispersible concrete flocculant, its compressive strength can reach more than 70% of the strength of land-based concrete with the same proportion when the water drop is 0.3-0.5m.

6. Scope of application
Underwater Concrete anti-dispersion agent can be used for caisson bottom sealing, cofferdams, caissons, riprap grouting, underwater continuous wall pouring, underwater foundation leveling and filling, RC slabs and other underwater large-area construction joint-free projects, large-diameter cast-in-place piles, Repair of docks, dams, reservoirs, waterproof impact reinforced bottom plates for drainage outlets, underwater caps, seawall revetments, slope protection, pile sealing and leakage sealing, as well as underwater projects that are difficult to construct with ordinary concrete.
VII. Usage
1. This product is a solid powder with a dosage of 1.0-3.0% (accounting for the weight of dry cement powder). It is advisable to use the same penetration method with cement, sand and gravel. Also add to the mixer.
2. The mixer should be a forced mixer, and the mixing time is generally 3 minutes. If a self-falling mixer is used, the mixing time should be doubled.
3. When using traditional underwater construction equipment such as conduits and pumps, the underwater concrete anti-dispersion agent can be used at a low dosage of 1.5-2.0%; when using land-based construction equipment such as hanging tanks and chutes, That is, when there is a drop in the concrete in the water, a high dosage of 2.0-3.0% can be directly used. In other cases, it can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the drop in the concrete in the water. The general recommendation is 2.0-2.5%.
4. A high dosage of 2.0-3.0% should be used for pile sealing, and a low dosage of 1.0-1.5% should be used for the pile body to prevent pile breakage.
5. Under normal circumstances, the setting time of this product will extend with the increase in dosage. If necessary, it can be used with a coagulant.
6. Priority is given to using 525# ordinary silicon cement. If there is no supply, 425# ordinary silicon cement can be used instead. When the concrete has a gap under water, the cement dosage should generally not be less than 380kg/m3.
7. When underwater concrete is mixed with admixtures (slag or fly ash), the pumping performance may be significantly improved.
8. The concrete proportion should be medium sand, with a recommended sand rate of 38-43%. The gravel gradation generally adopts the range of 5-25mm, and the maximum particle size does not exceed 40mm.
9. Underwater construction equipment such as conduits and pumps can be used for continuous construction, or open hanging tanks, chutes, trolleys and other equipment can be used for intermittent supply construction.
10. In principle, the construction environment requires still water conditions and a concrete drop of less than 0.5m.
8. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in plastic-lined film bags, 40 kg per bag. Care should be taken to prevent moisture and the shelf life is 1 year.
