On November 1, DKSH announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Hexion in Indonesia. Through the distribution of Hexion’s Versatic™ acids and derivatives, DKSH will promote the region Business opportunities and market growth for partnerships.
DKSH’s Performance Materials business unit will provide market analysis and research, marketing, sales, logistics and distribution services for Hexion’s Versatic™ range of acids and their derivatives in Indonesia. Hexion’s Versatic™ acids and derivatives portfolio includes Cardura™ glycidyl esters and VeoVa™ vinyl esters. These specialty monomers provide significant performance advantages to finished coatings, including superior adhesion, hydrolytic stability, water resistance, appearance and ease of application. Applications for these specialty monomers include decorative, automotive and protective coatings as well as other uses such as adhesives and intermediates.
With its extensive distribution network, professional commercial and technical teams, strong logistics capabilities and value-added services including market research and analysis, DKSH has been entrusted to develop Hexion’s Versatics business in Indonesia.
