1. Comparison between pump lubricant and pump mortar

1.2 Traditional pump mortar sometimes needs to be transported by a separate transport truck; sometimes the pump mortar is placed on the upper part of the concrete mixer truck and the concrete is loaded on the lower part. This is not only a waste of vehicle use, but if the transport truck loaded with pump mortar and concrete at the same time cannot rotate during transportation, otherwise the concrete and mortar will be mixed together. 1.3 Since the strength level of pump mortar is different from that of concrete, it is generally mainly used for pump lubrication and has little other uses. At the same time, pump mortar also brings some quality hazards. 1.4 Comparison of lubricating pump performance. The lubricating effect of some better quality lubricating agents is better than that of lubricating pump mortar. The lubricating pump mechanism of mortar is to use the small friction of the lubricating pump mortar to pass through the lubricating pump. 2. How to judge the performance of pump lubricants
There are also some pump lubricant products on the market, but some products are of varying quality and cannot achieve the pump lubricating effect well. The following is a list of pump lubricants with excellent performance. Select a method for analysis.
First, check the solubility. A preliminary judgment is made based on the color after dissolution. The pump lubricant product with better performance will be transparent in color after being dissolved in the beaker, while some lubricant products with poor performance will appear turbid or white insoluble matter after dissolution.
