Aerated block masonry mortar

1. Product introduction:
This product has excellent slip resistance, water retention, adhesion and construction operability, ensuring comfortable construction and full mortar joints. It is suitable for aerated concrete blocks, light Construction of new wall materials such as high-quality concrete blocks.
2. Scope of application:
This product is suitable for the masonry and decoration of clay bricks, lime sand bricks, aerated blocks, concrete blocks.

3. Main properties:
The performance indicators of aerated block masonry mortar include the mix ratio of the mortar, the consistency of the mortar, the water retention of the mortar, the layering degree of the mortar and the strength of the mortar. grade.
1. Mortar mix ratio: refers to the proportion of each component material of the mortar determined according to the mortar strength grade and other performance requirements. Expressed as weight or volume ratio.
2. Mortar consistency: refers to the flow performance of freshly mixed mortar under its own weight or external force. Expressed as the sinking depth of a standard cone that falls freely into the mortar.
3. Mortar water retention: refers to the ability of freshly mixed mortar to maintain uniform moisture in each layer of mortar during storage, transportation and use, measured by the degree of mortar delamination.
4. Mortar layering degree: refers to the difference between the consistency of freshly mixed mortar and the consistency of the lower mortar measured after the same batch of mortar has been statically stored for a specified period of time.
5. Strength grade of mortar: Use standard methods to measure the average compressive strength (MPa). Masonry mortar is divided into five strength grades according to compressive strength: M15, M10, M7.5, M5.0, M2.5 (M20 is canceled in the new specification). In addition to being affected by the composition and proportion of the mortar itself, the strength of the mortar is also related to the water absorption performance of the masonry base.

4. Construction technology
1. Base material treatment: Check whether the masonry surface is smooth and solid, remove floating dust, oil stains and loose objects on the surface of the blocks. If there are any protrusions, they should be leveled .
2. Preparation: Add an appropriate amount of water to the dry powder mortar and stir evenly. The water-to-material ratio is about 1:5. Stir the dry powder mortar evenly with clean water. Let it stand for 5 minutes, then stir it a little before use.
3. Masonry: Use a mortar knife to apply mortar evenly on the masonry surface, staggering the upper and lower joints. The overlap length should not be less than 1/3 of the length of the block.

5. Reference dosage:
Use 45 kilograms of dry masonry mortar per cubic block (the actual dosage depends on the size deviation of the blocks).

VI. Notes:
1. The dry masonry mortar mixed with water should be used up within 4 hours.
2. Hardened mortar cannot be reused with water.
3. Clean construction tools after use.
4. The operating environment temperature is above 5 ℃. When the temperature is negative, early strength agent can be added for use. Pay attention to keeping warm.

7. Product packaging and storage
This product is 50kg/bag, stored in a dry and cool place, waterproof and moisture-proof, with a shelf life of three months. </p
