Rigid waterproof mortar

1. Product introduction:

Waterproof mortar is a hydraulic inorganic waterproof material in the form of gray powder. This product is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, resistant to chemical corrosion, has good bonding properties with concrete, mortar layers, rocks and brickwork, and has high strength, frost resistance and anti-permeability. Compared with similar products currently on the market, mixing raw materials with water is easy, but does not affect the hydrophobic effect of the hardened waterproof layer. It is a kind of waterproof material for non-water operation. When working with water, special accelerator can be added to adjust the setting time.

2. Trial scope:

1. Various brick, stone, concrete structures such as: basements, underground warehouses, subways, mines, tunnels, civil air defense projects, reservoirs Waterproofing, anti-seepage and leakage management of dams, reservoirs, canals, swimming pools, aquatic buildings and waterproofing treatment systems.

2. Waterproofing and leakage control in toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

3. It is not suitable to be used in direct contact with the old organic waterproof layer.

3. Theoretical dosage: 2.5-3.0 kilograms of powder per square meter

4. Construction technology

1. Base layer treatment: First remove the adhering to the surface of the base layer Powder, grease, loose matter, etc., make the base surface clean and solid (no powdering, hollowing, etc.), and properly moisten the base surface to prevent water accumulation below it. The base layer with a too bright surface should be roughened appropriately to increase the bonding force with the waterproof layer.

2. Water-stopping treatment: If there are points or lines on the base where water is gushing rapidly, it is advisable to use a quick leak-stopping agent for water-stopping treatment.

3. Construction of waterproof layer: Mix rigid waterproof mortar and water at a ratio of 1:0.3-0.5 to form a uniform paste without particles, let it stand for 3-5 minutes and then stir evenly. Use a scraper or wipe the scraper slurry to a thickness of 3mm on the base surface of the waterproof layer, and compact it firmly. When the first layer has hardness (no marks when pressed by hand), scrape the second layer with a thickness of about 1.0mm. The surface can be polished with a brush or brush. You can also use a brush or brush to apply a layer of slurry (waterproof mortar: water = 1:0.5) after the second layer has hardened. Sprinkle water on the surface and maintain it for three days.

5. Precautions

1. Cement, sand, stone and other materials are not allowed to be added during use.

2. When the construction temperature is lower than 5 degrees in winter, 35 degrees water is required for mixing.

3. To prevent excessive water loss during construction under high temperatures in summer, it is best to cover and maintain with plastic film.

4. Newly constructed mortar or concrete must be cured for seven days before the waterproof layer can be scraped off.

6. Packaging and Storage

This product is packed with plastic inner film, 25kg/bag. It should be stored in a dry and cool place and has a shelf life of one year.
