1. Product Introduction

JH-627 accelerating setting agent is a key promotion project of the Ministry of Construction in 1997, and its performance is superior to similar domestic products. The main component is metaaluminate, which is an essential product for concrete and mortar spraying projects.

2. Technical indicators and performance characteristics

1. This product is powder or liquid.

2. After the concrete is sprayed, the initial setting is ≤2min and the final setting is ≤10min.

3. The strength increases by 40-60% in 1 day and the strength loses by 10-20% in 28 days.

4. Concrete has high viscosity and low rebound rate.

5. No corrosion effect on steel bars.

3. Main uses:

This product is widely used in thin-walled structures at high altitudes or on narrow working surfaces (such as underground engineering slope reinforcement and foundation pit wall protection, building structure repair engineering and protective engineering).

IV. Recommended dosage

The dosage of this product is 3-5% (based on the weight of cement), which can be adjusted according to the difference in cement composition.

5. Instructions for use:

1. Before spraying construction, cement, sand, stone and quick-setting agent should be dry-mixed and adjusted according to the proportion prepared in the trial. The water-cement ratio can be sprayed and used up.

2. This product is more effective on ordinary Portland cement. If other cements are used, a trial mix test should be done.

3. Operators should take protective measures.

6. Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in plastic woven bags lined with film, and the weight of each bag is 25±0.5 kg. Liquid 250kg/barrel is stored in a dry and ventilated place and is valid for six months. Do not use it if it becomes damp and cakes.
