1. Usage and characteristics

The foaming agent is a white powder. It is a new multi-functional foaming agent made of organic polymer materials and polymerized through scientific technology. Mainly used in foam concrete, foam concrete partition boards, gypsum boards, foam composite silicate thermal insulation materials, foam fly ash ceramsite and other inorganic and organic products that need to reduce bulk density and foam and create pores. This foaming agent has fast foaming, long foam stabilization time and good stability. It has high strength for foamed concrete and insulation material products. The solution density of the foaming agent is 200-1000g/1, and the bubble size is um-mm.

3. Dosage and usage

1. The foaming agent dosage is 0.8-1.0% of the slurry mass or 0.2-0.4% of the cementing material. Mix 50 times with water to make foam, that is, weigh 1kg of foaming agent, add 50kg of tap water, and use a high-speed beater to beat the aqueous solution with foaming agent into fine foam (until water is no longer visible). Add the fine foam (without water) to the slurry for making the product to reduce the bulk density of the product by 1/2. The added amount is determined based on the bulk density of the product.

2. As a foaming agent, it is required to reduce the dry bulk weight of the product without reducing the strength of the product. After the product is hardened, there will be no shrinkage and no impact on the early strength and later strength. It will also affect the adhesion and shear strength of the product. The shear strength is not reduced. In the experiment, cement perlite concrete was selected. Without changing the original formula ratio and water-cement ratio, 0.8% foaming agent was added to the slurry, and foaming began under mechanical stirring. The fluidity of foam concrete immediately increases. After achieving the self-leveling effect, pour the concrete mold (70.7m×70.7m×70.7m) into a mold and maintain it for 3 days at 21°C and a relative humidity of 85%. After demoulding, it will be cured naturally for 4 weeks. The results are listed as follows:
