1. Scope of application
Suitable for ready-mixed high-strength pumping concrete, commercial concrete, mass concrete, reinforced concrete, and self-compacting concrete.
2. Main performance
1. This product is divided into powder and liquid. The powder is brown; the liquid is brown-black. When constructing at negative temperatures in winter, anti-freeze type can be used.
2. This product has stable chemical properties, good safety performance, non-toxic, odorless and non-flammable. No crystallization in winter.
3. The water reduction and enhancement effect is good. The water reduction rate is above 18%, and pumpable concrete below 70% can be prepared.
4. Good durability and small shrinkage of concrete.
5. Good constructability. This product has an obvious retarding effect, which greatly reduces the early hydration heat of concrete. The total initial rising time lasts to about 10 hours. It can also be adjusted appropriately according to customer needs. It has no bleeding, no separation, and good water retention performance. The 2h loss is small and has a certain air content, which improves the flexural performance of concrete, greatly improves the concrete’s elastic modulus and waterproof and seepage functions.
6. This product has strong adaptability to various types of cement, and the effect is particularly good when mixed with ultra-fine mineral admixtures.
