The amount of grouting agent depends on the width and depth of the joints and the size of the tiles. The theoretical dosage can be estimated according to the following formula:
Kg/m2=[(L+W/L×W)]×JD×JW×1.7, where L=brick length, W=brick width, JD=brick Thick, JW = seam width.

IV. Construction method:
1. After the ceramic tiles are pasted for 6 to 8 hours, jointing can generally be carried out. The joints should be clean and the tiles should not be loose.
2. �When using pigments, mineral and inorganic pigments should be used as much as possible, and they must be mixed evenly. It is best to mix the pigments and powders in advance before mixing them with the latex.

5. Construction process:
The reserved joints formed on the walls of ceramic tiles, marble, mosaics and granite after pasting should be free of oil, dust and other soft attachments, and the surface temperature When it is too high or too dry, the surface should be lightly moistened before application. Caulking agent is used to fill the reserved joints formed between bricks. According to the size of the gap and construction requirements, you can choose sand-type or non-sand-type jointing agent. Use hand or electric stirring until it becomes a thick paste with no lumps or air bubbles. It can be used.

1. The construction temperature is 5℃-35℃. During the joint filling construction process and within 24 hours thereafter, the hot sun or rain should be avoided, and low-temperature construction should be avoided to avoid Prevent whitening from occurring.
2. Avoid walking on the floor tiles within 24 hours after they are filled.
3. Porous bricks should be treated with anti-seepage agent in advance to prevent the color of the caulking agent from penetrating into the bricks.
4. This product is not suitable for filling brick joints above 8mm. Brick joints exceeding 8mm need to be prepared separately. Not suitable for locations with expansion and chemical corrosion.
