1. Product introduction
This product is a waterproof and moisture-proof material for bricks, stones, concrete structures and components that was successfully developed, researched and trial-produced using advanced technology. It is in line with the first-class performance indicators of the national “Hygienic Standards for Drinking Water” (GB5749-2006) and “Mortar Concrete Waterproofing Agent” (JC474-2008) and has excellent waterproof, moisture-proof and impermeability properties. This product is simple to construct (new materials, traditional construction methods). It reduces the construction process, has the characteristics of short construction time and low cost. The waterproof base structure remains unchanged and the waterproof effect is stable, achieving satisfactory results.
2. Scope of application
1. It is widely used for internal waterproofing and moisture-proofing of all new and old structures of bricks, stones, concrete structures and components.
2. Leak-proofing, waterproofing and moisture-proofing in industrial and civil buildings, basements, railways, highways, tunnels, and civil air defense projects.
3. All types of trenches, storage pools (including drinking water pools), oil depots, septic tanks, underground storage rooms, equipment foundation pits, etc. are waterproof and moisture-proof.
4. Pools, water towers, swimming pools, baths and indoor walls and floors are leak-proof, waterproof, impermeable and moisture-proof.
5. The walls and floors of kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets are waterproof and moisture-proof.
6. Waterproofing and moisture-proofing of underground wiring, precision instrument equipment rooms, and granaries with strict dry and humidity requirements.
7. Treatment of various cracks and leaks in various buildings and underground projects.
8. Treatment of water leakage caused by various crossing pipelines and embedded parts.
9. The air-insulating layer of the flat roof with rigid and flexible structure is moisture-proof and the roof is waterproof.
10. Waterproofing and moisture-proofing of industrial and civil buildings facing and facing water.
3. How to use
1. Mixing ratio (weight ratio)
Recommended dosage: 5% (according to the proportion of cement)
Waterproof slurry: cement: avoid water Slurry=1:0.5-0.6
Waterproof slurry: cement: sand: water-proof slurry=1:2.0-25:0.5
2. Raw materials
Cement: strength is not less than 32.5 MPa, the five major types of cement comply with “Portland Cement, Ordinary Portland Cement” (GB175-99), ordinary cement and slag cement are preferred.
Sand: medium sand and fine sand with a particle size of no more than 3mm in compliance with “Construction Sand” (GB/T 14684-2011?), medium sand with a mud content of less than 5% and a moisture content of less than 3%. River sand and river sand are preferred.
Waterproof slurry (waterproof liquid): must comply with the standards of “Mortar and Concrete Waterproof Liquid” (JC474-2008) and “Hygienic Standards for Drinking Water” (GB5749-2006)
IV. Construction Technology
1. Base layer treatment: first the ceiling, then the wall, and finally the ground, from top to bottom, large-area waterproofing is carried out in stages. For example, for waterproofing of old structural projects, the dust and sludge on the surface of the base layer should be cleaned first, the protruding parts should be removed, the recessed parts should be filled, the hollow and loose parts should be eradicated, and finally the base layer should be cleaned with water. Regardless of the new or old structural base, after treatment, it should be hard and firm, with sufficient strength and in a clean and moist state.
2. Waterproof layer: The waterproof layer on the ground, wall, and ceiling is composed of waterproof slurry alternately compacted. During construction, apply waterproofing mortar and then waterproof mortar. When applying the plain mortar, you must press and pull it three times to achieve the purpose of evenly compacting, adhering and filling the holes. After the initial setting of the plain mortar, apply waterproof mortar. The first layer of mortar should be roughened before it is finally set. After the second layer of mortar is applied, Should be compacted or calendered.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in barrels, 50kg/barrel. It should be stored in a dry and cool place. The shelf life is one year. </p
