Now is the hottest period of the year, which puts higher demands on concrete pumping work. Rising temperatures will also cause accelerated evaporation of water during the transportation of concrete. After the concrete arrives at the construction site, if the pump pipes are not fully lubricated during the pumping process, especially for ground pumps, because the pipelines are relatively long, if If the lubrication is not good, the pump pipe will also absorb part of the water in the concrete during the concrete pumping process, resulting in a decrease in the workability of the concrete, and it is very easy to cause pipe blockage. There are so many disadvantages to construction in summer. Is there a better way to solve these problems? Reduce or eliminate pipe blockage incidents. Today, Ye Gong summarizes three points here. During summer concrete pouring construction, the construction methods should be changed to reduce the occurrence of pipe blockage incidents.
Arrange the construction time reasonably, strive to ensure that the concrete reaches the construction site, and can be poured as soon as possible, to avoid improper human time coordination, which will lead to too long waiting time for concrete to arrive at the construction site. The longer the waiting time, due to the hot weather and The chemical reaction of cement will accelerate the evaporation of water in concrete and reduce the workability of concrete.
Second point: Before the concrete reaches the construction site, the pumping equipment needs to be lubricated. It is recommended that you use Yuanda’s high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and anti-corrosion pump truck pipe lubricant to replace cement mortar pipe lubricant. Today we will focus on the method of lubrication of the floor pump. Due to the long pipeline of the floor pump, and the insufficient flushing of the pipes during the previous construction, there will be stones remaining in the pipeline bends. These factors will lead to pipe blockage. When moistening the pipes of the ground pump, if possible, you must first flush the pipes with a hopper of clean water. The purpose of flushing the pipes is to wash away the stones remaining in the pipes from the previous construction, and to allow the pipes to fully absorb water. After flushing the pipeline, inject clean water into the hopper. The amount of clean water is preferably the maximum capacity of the hopper. The amount of lubricant depends on the length of the pipeline. The floor pump is 25 meters in a pack. While the pump truck is turning on the reverse pump, add lubricant to the hopper. After adding the lubricant, stop the reverse pump and let the lubricant solution stand for more than 3 minutes to fully dissolve. When the concrete arrives at the construction site, all preparations must be done. After sufficient preparation, turn on the reverse pump to stir for 8 to 15 times, then turn on the forward pump to pump out the lubricating agent. The lubricating agent discharged first must be discharged outside the formwork and cannot be poured into the structure. When the lubrication solution is lower than the eye plate of the pump truck, start placing concrete and pump at a constant speed.
The third point: If the water evaporates seriously due to the long transportation time of the concrete, you can add an appropriate amount of clean water to the tanker to accelerate the rotation of the tanker and allow the concrete to fully integrate with the water. Remember not to put it directly in the tanker. Adding water to the material head will reduce the ability of the river sand and cement to wrap the stones, which can easily cause pipe blockage.
Workers who strictly follow the above three points during the concrete pouring process will greatly reduce and avoid pipe blockage incidents. </p
