Product Introduction
INV-856is a novel multifunctional nylon additive, which combines several beneficial properties in in a molecule. Due to its unique molecular structure,INV-856 can withstand the reducing environment of nylon melt , acts as a melt stabilizer and processing modifier. This effect has been proved by the high stability of nylon melt pressure, and high-quality nylon injection molding and extrusion products can be obtained, as well as low broken filament rate during fiber spinning.

1. Multifunctional stabilizer suitable for nylon
A unique, custom-made multifunctional additive that is compatible with nylon through “molecular recognition” and branched amidation.
2. Improve the processing of nylon melt
Stable nylon melt pressure, smooth processing, and reduce broken filaments during fiber spinning.
3. Increase long-term thermal stability and light stability
Highly compatible with nylon and bonded with nylon molecules, making its stability to nylon exceed the limit of traditional light stabilizers. Its combination with acetanilide UV absorber VSU can significantly improve the photostabilization effect.
4. Enhance dyeing performance
Due to its basic group and its secondary effects, INV-856 can enhance the affinity of metal dyes and acid dyes, making it stable, economical, eco-compatible and deep dyeing.
5. Easy to operate
Supplied in crystalline form, it is added by conventional dosing and metering during melt processing or polymerization.
