Material Properties
①Amorphous non-crystalline powder; softening point 150°C.
②Thermal decomposition temperature 320°C.
③Suitable for most engineering plastics;
④ It is hygroscopic and can dissolve in water at high temperature, and can react with water and hydroxyl to form diacid. However, this reaction is reversible, and at 130°C, the bis-acid will re-dehydrate to form an anhydride;
⑤The residence time in the extruder is about 45 seconds
