(4S,5R)-2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-4-phenyl-3,5-oxazolidinedicarboxylic acid 3-tert-butyl ester is a pharmaceutical intermediate, which can be made from ( 2′R,3′S)-phenylisoserine methyl ester and p-toluic acid were prepared in three steps. Preparation[1]
