The dosage of retarder should be determined based on experiments.
For example: Calculated based on four ten thousandths of the cementitious material, assuming 400*0.0004=0.16kg/m3
Then 100 cubic meters of concrete requires 0.16*100=16kg

Four ten thousandths?
What kind of cement, what kind of retarder, what kind of mix ratio
Can you draw conclusions without even knowing it?
I do commercial mixing. I put at least 6 kilograms of C30 concrete retarder per square meter. As if the active ingredient is only 1 kilogram, then 100 square meters of concrete also needs 100 kilograms of active ingredients
