Concrete segregation mainly refers to a phenomenon in which the cohesion between the components of the concrete mixture is insufficient and the coarse aggregate sinks. Under normal circumstances, if a large amount of water is secreted from the concrete, it is basically certain that the concrete has segregated.
Solution
(1) The fundamental way is to reduce unit water consumption .
(2) Increase the sand rate and choose a reasonable sand rate.
(3) In hot summer, take measures to reduce the temperature of the concrete mixture.
(4) Increase the amount of cement or add an appropriate amount of grade I and II fly ash.
(5) Continuously graded gravel is used, and the content of needle flakes is small.
(6) Improve the performance of concrete admixtures to have better water retention and thickening properties, or appropriately reduce the dosage of concrete admixtures (only (limited to the site), if the mixing station reduces the amount of concrete admixtures, a new problem of rapid concrete slump loss may arise.
(7) Before unloading, the concrete mixer truck should rotate the mixing drum at medium or high speed to make the concrete mixture uniform before unloading.
(8) Strengthen management. After cleaning, the mixing drum of the transport truck must be drained of accumulated water before loading. After loading, it is strictly prohibited to add water to the mixing drum at will.
